Spiritual health assessment is a key nursing process in data investigation to get a diagnosis of spiritual health problems. It relies on the skill and intregation techniques such as observation, interviewing and assesment instruments. This article aimed to present the guideline for spiritual health assessment expecting that nurses could apply it to the wholistic assessment of spiritual problem in patient and as a result they could response effectively to patient’s spiritual need.
