Abstract

This study is a quantitative, cross-sectional study carried out among mothers/caregivers with under-five male and female children during their periodic postnatal consultation at the various health structures of Efoulan health district of Yaound namely the Efoulan district hospital and IMPM health centre between the months of January to May 2017. Efoulan health district is one of the six health district of Yaound city of Cameroon that provides health coverage to approximately 3million inhabitants. 7
