Measurement of the near-threshold<mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mml:msup><mml:mi>e</mml:mi><mml:mo>+</mml:mo></mml:msup><mml:msup><mml:mi>e</mml:mi><mml:mo>−</mml:mo></mml:msup><mml:mo>→</mml:mo><mml:mi>D</mml:mi><mml:mover accent="true"><mml:mi>D</mml:mi><mml:mo>¯</mml:mo></mml:mover></mml:math>cross section using initial-state radiation

We report measurements of the exclusive cross section for ${e}^{+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}D\overline{D}$, where $D={D}^{0}$ or ${D}^{+}$, in the center-of-mass energy range from the $D\overline{D}$ threshold to 5 GeV with initial-state radiation. The analysis is based on a data sample collected with the Belle detector with an integrated luminosity of $673\text{ }\text{ }{\mathrm{fb}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$.
