Antiproton-proton annihilation at rest into<mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mml:mrow><mml:msup><mml:mrow><mml:mi>π</mml:mi></mml:mrow><mml:mrow><mml:mn>0</mml:mn></mml:mrow></mml:msup></mml:mrow></mml:math>M and<i>γM</i>with<i>M=φ</i>, η’,<i>ω</i>,<mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mml:mrow><mml:msup><mml:mrow><mml:mi>ρ</mml:mi></mml:mrow><mml:mrow><mml:mn>0</mml:mn></mml:mrow></mml:msup></mml:mrow></mml:math>,<i>η</i>, and<mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mml:mrow><mml:msup><mml:mrow><mml:mi>π</mml:mi></mml:mrow><mml:mrow><mml:mn>0</mml:mn></mml:mrow></mml:msup></mml:mrow></mml:math>

We have carried out high-statistics measurements of inclusive ${\ensuremath{\pi}}^{0}$ and \ensuremath{\gamma}-ray spectra from p\ifmmode\bar\else\textasciimacron\fi{}p annihilation at rest. From the monochromatic peaks in the ${\ensuremath{\pi}}^{0}$ spectra, we derive the yield (or its upper limit) of the reaction p\ifmmode\bar\else\textasciimacron\fi{}p\ensuremath{\rightarrow}${\ensuremath{\pi}}^{0}$M for M=\ensuremath{\varphi}, \ensuremath{\eta}', \ensuremath{\omega}, ${\ensuremath{\rho}}^{0}$, \ensuremath{\eta}, and ${\ensuremath{\pi}}^{0}$. The same quantity was independently obtained from the \ensuremath{\gamma}-ray spectra, which included some ${\ensuremath{\pi}}^{0}$'s that were mistaken as single \ensuremath{\gamma} rays due to the limited granularity of the \ensuremath{\gamma} detector. Taking the monochromatic peaks in the \ensuremath{\gamma}-ray spectra as being due to prompt \ensuremath{\gamma} rays, we also derive the upper limit for p\ifmmode\bar\else\textasciimacron\fi{}p\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\ensuremath{\gamma}M.
