Synthesis and Characterization of the Structural Material La_(1-x)MgxMn_0.98Fe_0.02O₃ Perovskite for Energy Storage

Perovskite-type oxides are one of the multifunctional materials due to their technological applications, especially in microelectronics and telecommunication, and their possible use as electrodes or for interconnecting solid oxide based fuel cells. It's relative to the physical interesting properties that include: superconductivity, magnetoresistance, and ionic conductivity, a multitude of dielectric properties, as well as many other properties. Nowadays, interest has arisen in perovskite-type oxide as catalysts due to high thermal and hydrothermal stability as well as high mechanical strength among other properties. In the present work, we are focusing in La <sub xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">(1-x)</sub> MgxMn <sub xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">0,98</sub> Fe <sub xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">0,02</sub> O <sub xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">3</sub> nanoparticle perovskite-type oxides synthetized by co-precipitation method for storage energy like fuel cell as application. The product was characterized by: X-ray Diffractometer (XRD), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and electrochemical study by cyclic voltammetry.
