A Synergy of Artificial Intelligence and Education in the 21^st Century Classrooms

Artificial Intelligence now became a part and parcel of everyone's life. It has started penetrating in almost every aspects of human life including education. In this conceptual paper the author tried to explore the emergence and use of artificial intelligence in the educational arena. The paper speaks about the advancements in recent technologies which predict the future of education system. The introduction to new technologies in the educational field has brought out many advancements in the learning styles and methodologies of teaching learning process in the classrooms. AI has enhanced the educational scenario of the present educational organization. The methods of teaching and learning has been revolutionised in the 21 <sup xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">st</sup> Century with the use of Artificial Intelligence. AI acts as a future component in the present context of teaching learning process both for students and teachers. The proper application of AI in the educational system can improve educational quality all over the world by shifting the role of teacher to that of a facilitator. This theoretical paper will present a concise overview of the most recent researches where AI has been used in the context of education.
