Clinic study of four types of prehospital trauma scores on emergency trauma patients

Objective　To access the possibility and practicability of four pre­hospital trauma scores on trauma patients in the pre­hospital first aid.Methods　All of 284 patients were evaluated with four pre­hospital trauma scores instantly，including TI(trauma index score)，TS(trauma score)，RTS(revised trauma score)，CRAMS(circulation，respiration，abdomen，motor and speech score) and ISS score(injury severity score).The severity of trauma and shunt were followed­up and their relationship，correlation with four pre­hospital trauma scores were statistical analyzed after dividing into groups retrospectively.Moreover，the performance between each other were compared to find the clinic value of the pre­hospital trauma scores.Results　There was no statistical significance at sex，age and trauma rescued time compared with different group in this study，so there was no bias in patients selection.The differences among four groups divided by patient′s injure severity were significant both at TI score and RTS score(P 0.05).Conclusions　TI score has widely application and convenient operating，which can apply to rapid assessment for the pre­hospital trauma patients，especially high­value for reasonable diversion of trauma patients.The best cut­off value to forecast its hospitalization is 12 points.
