Autologous Ex Vivo Lentiviral Gene Therapy for Adenosine Deaminase Deficiency

Treatment of ADA-SCID with ex vivo lentiviral HSPC gene therapy resulted in high overall and event-free survival with sustained <i>ADA</i> expression, metabolic correction, and functional immune reconstitution.
