Homozygous mutations in <i>CCDC34</i> cause male infertility with oligoasthenoteratozoospermia in humans and mice

Our findings support that <i>CCDC34</i> is crucial to the formation of sperm flagella and that biallelic deleterious mutations in <i>CCDC34</i>/<i>Ccdc34</i> cause male infertility with oligoasthenoteratozoospermia in humans and mice.
