Abstract

To date, few reviews have discussed GABA<sub>A</sub> receptors in detail. Accordingly, this review aims to summarize the current understanding of the structural, physiological, and pharmacological properties of GABA<sub>A</sub>Rs, as well as shedding light on the most common associated disorders.
