SPARC Europe Survey of European Research Funders (Question Set - March 2019)

This is the question set used in a survey of European research funders commissioned by SPARC Europe. This survey was developed by Mattia Fosci and Rob Johnson (Research Consulting) for SPARC Europe, in consultation with representatives from the following organisations: ALLEA, the European Foundation Centre and Science Europe and a wider advisory group. SPARC Europe is helping to make open access to research the default. <br> <br> The survey is designed to gather data on the rewards and incentives for Open Science amongst funders in Europe, and the current and planned developments in Open Access and Research Data policy across Europe.
