Abstract

In male patients, the AVLC<sub>CTA</sub> of NCC and RCC contribute more to AS than that of LCC. LCC's propensity for noncalcific leaflet thickening and worse LE<sub>sys</sub>, however, should not be underestimated when using calcium scores to assess AS severity.
