As the so called ripple signal is critical for the entire anti-pinch protection system based on ripple, the quality along with the stability of such a signal during the motors lifetime must be deeply investigated before production part release. The window controller sets multiple parameters for the ripple current signal to evaluate whether the ripple motor is qualified. In order to obtain relevant parameters to determine the motor current signal, a ripple motor current signal test system based on LabVIEW software and hardware acquisition system is designed. Firstly, the test system hardware uses high-precision current probe and data acquisition cards to build a portable signal acquisition device. Secondly, using the idea of modular programming and functional design, it mainly realizes the functions of signal acquisition and recording, analysis and processing, storage and viewing. The core is to perform time-frequency domain analysis on the current signal to obtain the characteristic value of each parameter, then compare it with the motor standard value and display the test result to the interface in real time. Finally, the test results of PA5000H power analyzer are used as the standard for accuracy analysis, and the evaluation results of multiple tests of are evaluated to reach 100% consistent with correct results. The function of this test system also has the characteristics of strong scalability and easy operation.
