INOVAÇÃO SOCIAL: UMA ANÁLISE DA PRODUÇÃO CIENTÍFICA PELA BIBLIOMETRIA

This article seeks to discuss the issue of social innovation and its development, through a bibliometric analysis of published articles available in the Web Of Science database. Its objective is to identify research advances that relate to the topic, observing its development over time. To do so, it verified the number of works published annually from 1935 to 2021, the languages, the countries, the network of authors and the institutions involved, to verify how this development took place. This work, of an exploratory and descriptive character, arrives at the results that show a growth in the number of research related to the theme of social innovation in the last decade.
