Abstract

The article deals with physical education, which is the basis for the spiritual and physical culture of the individual, which creates a system of human values implemented through the prism of a healthy lifestyle. In the process of development and formation of social educational systems, physical culture and sports are the dominant factors influencing the formation and development of the physical qualities of a person.
