Abstract

The following article provides a history of what is now the IEEE Technology and Engineering Management Society (TEMS) as it evolved from the pre-IEEE days into its current state. As we look through this history, we will observe some areas of success and lessons learned for TEMS future leaders to use in further improving the Society and upholding its values.
