Innovation Practices Track: Innovation on Telemetry Monitoring

Telemetry monitoring and sensing plays a critical role in silicon lifecycle management. Silicon insights can be gained through these telemetry sensors across the entire life cycle including test and in-field phases, and actionable intelligence can be derived from them. In this session we invited the industry experts to discuss the latest innovation of telemetry sensors and their applications in heterogeneous packaging, automotive quality and functional safety, and prescriptive maintenance.
