Analysıs of the socıo-economıc potentıal of Azerbaıjan ın the post-war perıod

In the conditions of the collapse of centralized management and the liberalization of economic relations, the role of the regional circle is increasing, and now several scientists and civil servants are actively implementing methods and tools for solving the pressing problems of sustainable development of the country and its regions. In this regard, in a period of large-scale reforms, the state's regional economic policy and its regulatory and management mechanisms determine priority and long-term goals for the development of regions and their sectors, and their implementation is stimulated and ensured. At the stage of modern development, the main task of achieving the strategic and current goals set by the regional policy is to achieve the development of various forms of the economy and more efficient placement in the economic regions by using the production potential, natural-economic opportunities, natural-economic opportunities. local and foreign investment, scientific-technical and personnel potential of all economic regions of the country. The article analyzes the dynamics of socio-economic development in the regions in recent years, the factors that change their quantitative and qualitative changes. It also explores new economic and social facilities of individual economic regions and the industrial and economic development potential of the Nagorno-Karabakh region in the post-war period. At the end of the analysis, relevant findings are justified.
