Tralokinumab Provides Clinically Meaningful Responses at Week 16 in Adults with Moderate-to-Severe Atopic Dermatitis Who Do Not Achieve IGA 0/1

Tralokinumab provided clinically meaningful responses in patients with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis who did not achieve IGA 0/1 at week 16 and/or used rescue medication. Using multiple validated outcome measures of both efficacy and quality of life, alongside IGA scores, can better characterize tralokinumab treatment responses in patients with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis.
