A Defense in Depth with Zero Trust Architecture for Securing 5G Networks

This work aims to explicate a comprehensive framework with the primary objective of enhancing the security aspects pertaining to 5G wireless communication technology. The study endeavor involves the meticulous identification of potential threats, followed by a comprehensive evaluation of the various attack surfaces that may be exploited. Furthermore, this paper intends to examine the concept of a hybrid approach combining Defense in Depth and Zero Trust network architecture with a wide range of techniques that aim to provide continuous safeguarding for crucial applications of the 5G network.
