Abstract

Crenolanib plus intensive chemotherapy in adults with newly diagnosed <i>FLT3</i>-mutant AML results in high rate of deep responses and long-term survival with acceptable toxicity. A randomized trial of crenolanib versus midostaurin plus chemotherapy in younger patients is ongoing.
