List of SNP marker sets significantly associated with ash dieback resistance from the study "Genomic prediction of resistance to Hymenoscyphus fraxineus in common ash (Fraxinus excelsior L.) populations".

Sets of 100, 200, 2500, and 5000 SNP markers associated with ash dieback resistance were obtained using the genomic prediction approach described in Meger et al. (2024) "Genomic prediction of resistance to Hymenoscyphus fraxineus in common ash (Fraxinus excelsior L.) populations".
