A calcium-based plasticity model predicts long-term potentiation and depression in the neocortex

This dataset contains all (&gt;1000) cell pairs as the Blue Brain Projects EModelRunner packages as well as analysis code and analysed data used for the figures of our preprint: <em><strong>"A calcium-based plasticity model predicts long-term potentiation and depression in the neocortex"</strong></em>.
