Development of industrial and social infrastructure of the village as a factor of improving the quality of life

Проблемы дефицита и износа объектов социальной инфраструктуры формируют запрос общества на их модернизацию и воспроизводство, оптимальную доступность для всех слоев населения. Актуальность исследований обусловлена тем, что повышение доходов и уровня жизни сельского населения - одни из важнейших направлений реализации экономической политики государства. Можно выделить различные подходы и методы проведения исследований: системный, институциональный, рыночный, административно-управленческий, ресурсный и другие, рассматривающие суть развития сельских территорий. Social infrastructure is an important integrating factor of regional economic growth. However, a decrease in the number of social infrastructure facilities has recently led to a decrease in their availability. The problems of scarcity and deterioration of social infrastructure facilities form the society's demand for their modernization and reproduction, optimal accessibility for all segments of the population. The relevance of the research is due to the fact that increasing the incomes and living standards of the rural population is one of the most important directions of the implementation of the economic policy of the state. It is possible to distinguish various approaches and methods of research: systemic, institutional, market, administrative and managerial, resource and others, considering the essence of rural development.
