Tigecycline Containing Polymethylmethacrylate Cement Against MRSA, VRE, and ESBL—In Vitro Mechanical and Microbiological Investigations

In revision surgery, manually adding Tigecycline in doses of 0.5-1 g to 40 g of PMMA is effective against MRSA, VRE, and ESBL without negatively affecting the cement's properties.
