Blinatumomab in Standard-Risk B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in Children

Adding blinatumomab to combination chemotherapy in patients with newly diagnosed childhood standard-risk B-cell ALL of average or higher risk of relapse significantly improved disease-free survival.
