In the evolving airline market, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainable development are becoming increasingly significant. This study explores the link between CSR and competitive advantage in the low-cost airline sector, focusing on Poland. It first examines CSR's essence and benefits, then analyzes how low-cost airlines implement CSR as a core element of their strategy. The study also addresses sustainable development, highlighting CSR's critical role. Challenges and benefits of CSR implementation are discussed. The research further investigates competitive dynamics in the low-cost airline market, particularly Ryanair and Wizz Air. It evaluates key factors influencing carrier choice and outlines development paths within the framework of sustainable development and CSR. The study uses literature reviews and data from the airline industry to assess CSR's impact on competitive advantage and suggests directions for future research.
