Better security requirements for physically unclonable functions

The publication of ISO/IEC 20897 in 2020 made a first step toward the standardization of security requirements and tests for physically unclonable functions (PUFs). However, there are very clear gaps in some of the parameters described in the standard. We aim to fill some of those gaps as well as put forward two new parameters for the assessment of tamper-evident PUFs.
