PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOLS

This article examines statistical data on the deterioration of health under the pressure of modern negative trends. The percentage of childhood obesity, cardiovascular diseases, musculoskeletal diseases, weakened immunity, and deteriorating vision have increased significantly. In modern conditions, where physical activity is limited, we must teach children to independently assess the role of physical education and how to apply its means in their lives. This is proper nutrition, daily routine, the need to move more, be outdoors, hardening, and spend less time on modern gadgets.
