Abstract

SUMMARY Acrosin, and thus proacrosin, was localized on sperm inner acrosomal membranes of rabbits and hamsters by use of the fluorescent site-directed inhibitor, dansyl- l -alanyl- l -lysyl-chloromethylketone.
