USING INTENSIVE TECHNOLOGIES TO IMPROVE SPORTS TECHNOLOGY

The article is devoted to intensification in training and improvement in sports, which concerns not only the degree of control over one's body, but also the optimal ratio of those knowledge, ideas that are associated with the motor activity of an athlete. The introduction of technical means into practice causes the need to improve sports training methods, since it is known that the development of physical qualities is of primary importance, which acts as an inseparable condition, in the presence of which it is possible to begin teaching movements.
