Purpose: the purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of internal communication management on employee engagement and the implementation of quality policy by tailoring communication strategies to demographic differences, industry characteristics, and communication barriers. Design/methodology/approach: the study utilized a survey conducted among 374 employees and managers from various industries. Statistical methods, such as Chi-square tests, Spearman’s correlation, and linear regression, were applied to analyze relationships and verify hypotheses. The approach integrates communication theories with practical insights into quality policy and employee engagement.
