PR-310-23117-R01 In-Line Pipeline Inspection for H2-NG Blend PHA Report

This report documents the results of a process hazard analysis (PHA) of in-line inspection (ILI) runs for hydrogen and hydrogen blend pipelines at the Pipeline Research Council International (PRCI) facility located in Houston, Texas. The study was performed from October 24, 2023 through October 25, 2023. The technique selected for the PHA was the What-If methodology. Report developed under the Emerging Fuels Institute with PRCI.
