Chirped-pulse DAS as a seismic surface wave monitoring tool along trackside dark fibers: application in the analysis of superstructure features

The application of array seismology methods to Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS) data gathered from trackside fibers can provide significant information on terrain features and the railway superstructure. Active seismic sources, such as those generated by human activity, can be used to study different features of the infrastructures.
