Developing theoretical and methodological approaches for integrating innovative activities into the comprehensive management system of an industrial enterprise

Subject. This article examines the process of innovation management and its interaction with other aspects of the financial and operating activities of an industrial enterprise. Objectives. The article aims to develop theoretical and methodological provisions and work out methodological recommendations for improving the effectiveness of innovation management at an industrial enterprise. Methods. For the study, we used integrated and systems approaches, economic and factor analyses, and the methods of economic and mathematical, and simulation modeling. Results. The article presents an economic system and economic and mathematical model for integrating innovation activities into an integrated industrial enterprise management system and describes the identified interaction between its elements. The article proposes methodological recommendations for simulation modeling of the innovation management process for its integration into the integrated management system of an industrial enterprise. Conclusions. The integration of innovative activities into the integrated management system of an industrial enterprise is a promising area for improving its efficiency and achieving multiplicative efficiency of the economic system.
