Objectives: In today's fast-paced world, physical and mental health have become areas of growing concern.Exercise, a vital method for maintaining overall well-being, is gaining prominence. However, the accelerated pace of life and mounting work pressures often make it challenging for individuals to sustain regular exercise routines, resulting in various health problems.Personalised health management robots, integrating artificial intelligence, sensor technology and big data analysis, deliver tailored health management services to users and present a promising solution to these challenges. Methods: This study designed an experiment to evaluate the effectiveness of personalised health management robots in promoting exercise health and enhancing user experience. The subjects were volunteers of different age groups.During the experiment, sensors and intelligent algorithms were used to collect and analyse users' exercise data, physiological indicators and behavioural information. The experiment lasted 6 months, during which users' physical and mental health statuses were continuously monitored and recorded. Results:The study revealed that personalised health management robots significantly enhanced physical and mental health outcomes among participants. The experimental group experienced a 100% increase in weekly exercise duration (from 2.5 to 5.0 h), a 33% reduction in psychological stress scores (from 7.5 to 5.0) and a 5.5% decrease in BMI (from 25.4 to 24.0).Additionally, key physiological indicators such as blood pressure and resting heart rate improved markedly, with blood pressure decreasing by 11% (from 135/85 mmHg to 120/80 mmHg) and heart rate reducing by 13% (from 75 bpm to 65 bpm).User satisfaction scores were significantly higher in the experimental group compared to the control group, with superior ratings for ease of use, guidance effectiveness, motivation and overall satisfaction. These findings underscore the effectiveness of personalised health management robots in promoting consistent exercise participation, improving health indicators and enhancing user experience when compared to traditional health management methods. Conclusions:Personalised health management robots have significant application value and promotion prospects in exercise health promotion.Their remarkable effectiveness in improving physical and mental health provides valuable insights and references for further development of personalised health management robot technology and the advancement of health management practices. This study lays the foundation for future improvements and applications of related technologies and calls for more research focusing on the effectiveness of personalised health management robots in different populations.
