48P Patient centric approach: The first involvement of patient advocacy within ESGO-ESTO-ESP guidelines for the management of patients with endometrial carcinoma

For the first time the European society of Gynecology Oncology (ESGO) has decided to include a patient advocate (PA) within a working group (WG) developing clinical guidelines (GL), i.e the ESGO-ESTRO-ESP GL on the management of patients with endometrial cancer (EC). Patients were also involved as external reviewers. PA and patients reviewers were nominated by the European Network of Gynecological Cancer Advocacy Groups (ESGO ENGAGe) and a strategic method of involvement was developed.
