Research on the Impact of Crowdsourcing Service Providers' Transaction Guarantee on Store Performance based on Data Mining

Crowdsourcing can gather talents from various fields to participate in technological innovation and value creation, providing valuable solutions. However, the varying capabilities of crowdsourcing service providers introduce transaction risks and reduce transaction performance. This study adopts an empirical research approach, using data from service providers on the Epwk platform as a sample, and employs data mining techniques to construct a credit evaluation model for crowdsourcing service providers. It further analyzes the impact pathways of transaction guarantee mechanisms on store performance. The research reveals the mechanisms through which different transaction guarantee mechanisms affect store performance, providing a theoretical basis for platforms to optimize their transaction guarantee systems.
