Abstract

Taken together, these data strongly suggest that a poly-pharmacological approach combining both SGLT2 inhibitors and CB<sub>1</sub> receptor inverse agonism represents a promising therapeutic strategy for managing DN, with better reno-protection than mono-therapies.
