The Impact of Human Resource Diversity and Organizational Integrity on Enhancing the Quality of Services Provided: A Field Study on Employees at Rafidain Bank in Baghdad

This research aims to examine the impact of human resource diversity and organizational integrity on improving the quality of services provided at Rafidain Bank in Baghdad. Diverse human resources represent a key pillar of the contemporary work environment, contributing to enriching institutional performance through diverse experiences, cultures, and skills. Organizational integrity is a crucial factor in enhancing both internal and external trust, as well as ensuring transparency and accountability in the provision of banking services. The research employed a descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing a questionnaire specifically designed for this purpose and distributed to a sample of employees at Rafidain Bank branches in Baghdad. The results revealed a statistically significant positive relationship between human resource diversity, organizational integrity, and improved service delivery. Institutions that adopt diversity and integrity policies achieve higher performance in terms of customer satisfaction and service quality. The research recommends the need to inculcate values ​​of integrity within the workplace and adopt effective mechanisms to manage diversity among employees, which will positively impact the quality of banking services provided.
