Driving Change in Complex Organizations: Insights from Leadership Practices

The Objective of the study examine how different leadership approaches together with transformational leadership combined with effective communication methods affect organizational change success rates. The study collected primary data from 50 respondents through survey questions with structured formats which underwent analysis using SPSS. The research used descriptive statistics in addition to reliability testing, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression modelling. The study demonstrates that transformational leadership creates better employee adaptability and enhances organizational change success while effective leadership communication helps teams connect and minimize change resistance. The research demonstrates how leadership functions as a vital mechanism for managing complicated organizational adaptations. Further research needs to investigate leadership dynamics across multiple industries and emerging technological aspects of leadership in organizational transformations.
