Digitalization of the insurance market as an approach of anti-crisis public management to counter hybrid threats

The article examines the role of digitalization of the insurance market as a tool of anti-crisis public management in the context of hybrid threats. The main directions of digital transformation of the insurance sector are analyzed, in particular, the implementation of innovative technologies, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain and big data, to increase resilience to cyber threats and information attacks. Particular attention is paid to the role of the state in the formation of the regulatory framework and strategic management of digital transformations in the insurance industry.
