Abstract

Taken together, our data suggest that the effect of <i>A. muciniphila</i> on CNS autoimmunity is highly dependent on the overall composition of the gut microbiome and suggest that this microbe may contribute to decreased gut SCFA metabolism in multiple sclerosis.
