Industrialization of the Chinese Film Industry Through Cross-Company Collaboration: The Example ofNezha

This article takes the Chinese animated film "Nezha: The Demon Child Descending to Earth" as an example to explore the path and mechanism by which the Chinese film industry realizes industrialization development through cross-company collaboration models. The article analyzes the three-dimensional definitions of film industrialization in terms of economy, technology, and culture, and elaborates in detail on the specific practices of "Nezha" in hierarchical collaboration, technology integration, and management innovation. The research shows that this model, through the effective combination of local creativity and global resources, has achieved high-quality, low-cost content production, providing a referential paradigm for the industrialization transformation of film industries in China and other developing countries. In the future, new technologies such as virtual production and AI tools will further promote the collaboration and innovation in the global film industry.
