Analysis the Personality of the Jellycat Brand Based on Text Analysis

As an old brand, Jellycat is associated with authors of all ages. It is not only a comfort for infants, young children, but also a sense of security for adults. In order to study the personality of this brand, it is necessary to find stories about its past, but as time goes by, many stories cannot be confirmed. Regarding this study, literature, text were used to directly verify in order to reduce errors caused by human error and time. Through this study, so aim to understand its personality from three aspects: emotional connections, innovative design, and product safety. It hope to innovate in future development, involve more groups, make more people familiar with it, adjust the price so that more people can afford it. And combined with digitalization, it allows consumers to truly make friends with Jellycat. Finally, combined with localization, create a unique jelly cat for each country.
