A reduced multicomponent bandage compression system in the management of venous leg ulcers: a clinical evaluation

These findings are consistent with previous evidence available on this reduced compression system and support its use as a first-line treatment in patients with a suspected VLU until a full vascular assessment indicates that stronger compression is appropriate, as well as in patients who are unable to tolerate high compression therapy.
