Abstract

Off-label Ozempic use in Arab populations is characterized by widespread self-initiation, irregular dosing, and early discontinuation. Nonetheless, clinically meaningful weight loss was achieved in many users. These findings emphasize the need for structured counseling to optimize outcomes.
