Abstract

The hybrid tracer [<sup>99m</sup>Tc]Tc-PSMA-HSG demonstrates high specificity and favorable pharmacokinetics. Its successful first-in-human application highlights its translational potential for precise intraoperative detection of PSMA-positive lymph node metastases.
