Abstract

The present analysis of BRAF<sup>V600E</sup>-mut mCRC suggests a survival benefit from anti-EGFR- or anti-VEGF-directed antibodies in patients with LSPT. This effect was not observed in RSPT, where patients showed a clearly greater benefit from bevacizumab.
