Exploring the perspective of nurses on factors influencing patient safety practices in a paediatric unit of a district hospital in Northern Ghana

Safety practices among nurses in the paediatric unit require attention to prevent the occurrence of harmful events. The provision of essentials at the ward level and conscious efforts by nurses is necessary in improving patient safety. There is also the need to train nurses on the essentials of paediatric patient safety.
